YELLOW TAIL MERLOT 2018

A great alternative to the heavier dry reds, this wine was produced with fruit obtained from thriving vineyards in South Eastern Australia. It displays a deep ruby red colour with violet hues. The luxurious bouquet exhibits lifted aromas of ripe plums and mulberries. These fragrances lead to a velvety palate containing flavours of sweet plums and dark cherries, with hints of spice. The resulting finish is soft and satisfying. Like all Yellow Tail wines, this drink has been crafted to be consumed young and fresh. Serve it with antipasto, homemade lamb burgers, or roasted pork lion, and admire its rich flavours.
